About The Wedding Expo
The Wedding Expo has been putting on wedding shows in Sonoma County for over 12 years. We’ve partnered with local businesses, met many incredible vendors, and have been spending that past decade learning and perfecting the “Wedding Expo experience” for not only engaged couples, but for vendors as well. Our goal? We’re here to help brides and grooms find their dream vendors and to cultivate an environment for local businesses to meet their potential clients. A win-win for everyone!

To apply to become an exhibitor, you must first make an account on weddingexpo.co. Once you’re in your Expo account, you can learn more about the show, see pricing, and submit your application.
$500 - $1500
Booths range from $500 - $1500 based on size
Starting at 5:00pm on the day of the show. You can access the lead list right here in your online account. You can also download it in the form of a .csv file which contains: name, phone number, mailing address, and wedding date.
The Emailer allows you to email individual brides and grooms directly from your vendor account. This is a great way to keep in touch with people you met during the show, or market to couples with the wedding dates you have available. The interactive list is sortable by name and wedding date.
Email Blast is a tool that allows you to send an email simultaneously to all brides and grooms who attended The Wedding Expo. In this feature you will be able to personalize the email to include the recipient's name. When the email leaves our system, it will give your return address, and all replies will go directly to you.
By participating in our show you recieve your web listing on our Wedding Expo website (regularly $1,200/ year). Apply early and let us start promoting you on our website at the time you apply
The Wedding Expo works with over 160+ vendors a year. There are many opportunities to network when you join the community of vendors that are all working together to promote each other.

The Wedding Expo team offers a variety of different trainings to help ensure your best success at the show. Current vendors receive workshop trainings and events at no charge, regularly $100 per workshop! Read more in the handbook.
Prizes can give you increased marketing exposure and supplement your overall success at the show. Participation in all prizes is optional, and there is no additional charge to participate. Read more in the handbook.
