4. Use of Photographic Likeness

By attending events conducted by The Wedding Expo, including The Wedding Expo, you give permission to The Wedding Expo to use your name and photographic likeness in all forms and media for advertising, trade, and any other lawful purposes. If we have used your photographic likeness and you would like to have it removed, please contact us and will gladly do so.

5. Communications

By providing your phone number on any The Wedding Expo or Wedding Expo forms, either print or digital, you are agreeing to receive text messages or phone calls. Vendors on this website can only be contacted for event or wedding services. By using this website, you are attesting that you are a bride or groom, and you agree to only contact vendors or exhibitors regarding your wedding or event.

6. Animals / Pets / Service Animals

The Wedding Expo does not allow any animals on the premises. Services Animals are allowed, according to ADA definitions and regulations. The ADA defines a "service animal" as "dogs that are individually trained to do work, or perform tasks for people with disabilities." Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA or California Law.

Under the ADA, service animals must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered, unless these devices interfere with the service animal’s work or the individual’s disability prevents using these devices.

According to the ADA, when it is not obvious what service an animal provides, The Wedding Expo is allowed to ask limited questions as follows: (1) is the dog a service animal required because of a disability, and (2) what work or task has the dog been trained to perform.
